Get ready to energize your body and sharpen your mind with a combination of two amazing disciplines.

Join us as we navigate through sailboats in the charming waters of Biscayne Bay and take part on a Yoga session like you never experienced before. Meditate, decompress and get a good stretch guided by the ocean, the sun beginning to set and the soothing voice of our instructor who will transport you to a whole new world of self awareness and unity with the water, body and mind. Views and pictures are guaranteed to be breathtaking.
