Virtual Power Yoga Core Class with Paris James
(Focus on Abs)
This class will help you engage your abs, to achieve a powerful and active core. The class will be a mixture of introductory yoga flows to warm up, and then we will focus on breathing and engaging your core for a nice workout! We will end with some cool down Yin stretches and a bit of mindfulness!
What you need:
- a blanket or knee pad (if you have any knee problems.)
Set up a quiet space for yourself and practice along with me.

Hi everyone I'm Paris James, also known as Your Yoga BFF. Apart from science, I’ve found that my passion is to practice and teach yoga. When I’m not doing yoga, you can find me buried in a book, by the ocean, making a cup of tea, or baking my favorite oatmeal cookies.
